About Grant 

In 1973, I moved to Rossland, BC from Ontario. I started working as a carpenter soon thereafter.

By 1980, I founded Ace & Ace Construction Ltd. to use my skills and experience in carpentry while supporting my young family; I built my first spec house on Thompson Ave. that year.

 Over the years, building became a hobby as I focused on my career as a Millwright. I built my family home on Butte St. in 1984, and more recently my son's home on Richie Rd. in 2014.

Having retired in 2010, I have re-devoted my attention to sharing my expertise on land development and construction projects. With over 30 years of project management experience, my consulting services can help you schedule your project, coordinate construction teams, and get your house built on budget.
